Espacio Ingeniería: a mature project and a safe bet.

Kevin is a “doer” who decided to take advantage of the experience that he gained in another studio he founded previously to create a new business from scratch. This is how our company was born.

We have changed throughout these years, however, the path to follow and the direction to take are in our DNA.

It defines us as a company focused on customers like you, who need customized solutions, quality treatment and excellent service.

We are an organization created to change paradigms, processes and ways of offering all the services that are present in the project phase.

We seek to grow vertically and horizontally, and reach new markets by consolidating ourselves and demonstrating the technical and human capacity of our members.

Espacio Ingeniería.

This new production framework turned out to be even better than what was planned on paper. In fact, during the pandemic, with inflation, devaluations, and other economic disruptions Espacio Ingeniería increased its market share and incorporated new clients that own large commercial firms in the construction industry as well as other professionals and firms.

Currently, Kevin Kandrachoff, CEO of the company, is dedicated to the company’s expansion, working to reach commercial agreements with strategic partners in order to develop new business units and take the firm beyond geographical boundaries. The medium- and long-term projection is a territory under Kevin’s domain.

Ezequiel Barros, in his role as COO, ensures that all strategies are converted into concrete actions and carried out. He is the one who “makes things happen”. The short-term projection is the territory he masters. He is Kevin’s right-hand man in all areas.

Matias Enria, as Project Manager, is the one who answers the questions of all the engineers in order to have the best and most efficient designs.
